We're working having the aliens lip synced dialog.  

Here's a proof of concept with an alien reading the description for Sorcerer King (www.sorcererking.com).

Brilliant text and voice (actor) and the motion capture animation synchronization looks great too.

Its basically good. Small feedback:

 

- in 1:03 he shouts but mouth is barely open which is wrong

- he should move a little with the body and neck+head (and hands) but you probably know that very well

- I hope and assume that most aliens will have somewhat distorted voices and not clear human voice |-)
