What is the exact effect of a successful mutiny on this space?
Does the result depend on whether shipments are in the queue?
As I understand it (not at work currently):
- Your opponent cannot ship from that market and their shipping order is pushed back in the queue or to another of their inactive Offworld Markets.
- You can make shipments using their Offworld Market BUT the resources that are needed must be shipped over there, which consumes a lot of valuable time.

Actually, I think we went for a simpler solution, which is that you can use a mutinied Offworld Market just as if it's your own. When the Mutiny ends, your launch order will stay paused until you acquire another Offworld Market (either you own or someone else's).
