On the Questing screen, I'm a bit concerned the Results may not be as obvious as they should be. For instance, according to the text a Soldier joins you. And there's a soldier listed below. But it should indicate the Solider's addition down below under Results, too. Something like +1 Soldier would make sense. Or maybe have a a section for additions and another for removals? Simply listing Soldier isn't as informative, unless the ONLY Results will be additions (which seems unlikely).
I also see a swamp screen got added. That chest looks ominous. No sure if I'd want to grab it with those claw-like fangs coming out of the ground... 
We're starting to get pretty close to Early Access.
Right now I'm working on the minor factions.
One thing I'm curious about- is the game going to be less moddable due to how it is working? (I've never modded before, if I end up with a lot of free time next year, I might try to bite the bullet and learn)

Should be just as moddable as the other Elemental games.
If you get some time, I'd be interested in hearing more about the Doomsday counter. Seems kinda self-explanatory, but in one of the examples you get +2 to it (which I take as a good thing). Sounds like this is a countdown that is changeable based on what you do.
Cool to hear about NPCs in there. Will diplomacy work the same way as LH or some other way?
I think the counter counts up (and never goes down), and some things you do can get you good stuff (reward) plus bad stuff (increased counter).

Yeah, its still the Gilden one.
