I never seem to get any of these emails, including things like telling me to go get my FE beta if I want to.

Did I do something accidentally in my profile to shun all email when all I wanted to do was avoid marketing clutter? 

There's nothing there that says something like 'nonpromotional mailings' or 'beta program mailings' or 'stardock surveys.' I'm interested in all that, but none of the four items currently listed. 

Will do... have receive very few e-mails from Stardock over the years... not like Impulse since it was taken back by Gamestop... a bunch of e-mail monthly, sometime, several time the same send at a few second interval...

Have a other question... the 10% discount can it be stacked with other promo ??? ... by example, Rebellion pre-order with 10% discount from survey and the 25% discount because i have all the previous release of sins...

Edit: have check at https://www.stardock.com/subscriptions.asp ... have only the "promotional mailing" check, is it enough ?

Little feedback,

#5- Make it so I can check as many boxes as I want for all the different platforms we use. In this day and age it can be more than one. Also add mac (in school I use the mac a bit but ya I use pc more).

#11- Make so I can check as many as I want for where I buy games. We have lots of choices so its good to know all of them.

Also for the "Digital Distribution through the publisher(/developer directly)"

#13- Add Playstation Store and Xbox Live Arcade. This separates bigger games on consoles like say Metal Gear and Halo Games from arcade games.

Is there a way to apply the survery promo code to a rebellion preorder that has already been placed? I can't even see a way to cancel the preorder and try to buy it again with the code.

Still wondering if y'all have any idea of why my not having selected any checkboxes on that page would mean that I never see email about FE beta releases or the Stardock survey(s)?

Basically, I want to get email about the products I've bought but not email that wants me to buy other products. 

I can only say I have been here for five years and the only email I get is a once a month news laeeter and a once a year survey. Don't know if Stardock does something with people that purchase games but they don't bother me with adds or push me to purchase anything.

Thanks, Dave. I'm still hoping for an answer from TPTB, or maybe just an update to that options page that explains what to expect with each one that you enable.

I need to ask the database people.  Likely not beofre Monday.

Still kind of hoping for an official/TPTB response. If the survey is mainly for the non-game customer base, that's fine by me, but I don't want to miss it if it's also intended to capture opinions from Stardock game customers. The 'UI' here is beyond non-intuitive, at least for me, because I've never seen it...
