unable to load game on windows 7 laptop

The game will not load on windows 7 xps 15 laptop.  brand new laptop.   windows 7 x64 sp1.

i suspect it might be the intel graphics that are the cause of the issue, but only stardock can state definatly.

I give the laptop a 8 out of 10.
