How do you make system matrix do the page curl thing?

I saw somones desktop and their system matrix is in the uper left corner with a page curl it looks cool is it a theme mabey?

I found that effect in the PSP 8 beta. You just apply the effect and !BAM!, there you are.

the page curl is an effect applied to the graphic, it is an old effect at that, I think Kia's Power Tools had that filter for Photoshop 3 years ago?

You could probably find a free filter/plugin for most graphics applications which will do it, or it will already be embedded in the app.

I haven't used SysMetrix in a while, and don''t have it installed, but is there perhaps an "Always On Top" setting in the config dialog?
