I've got a cursorxpplus license. Is it possible to upgrade to CursorFX?

Yes, you should normally be able to find information about this here: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/purchase.asp

but I think the servers are being tweaked at the moment. If I recall correctly, the upgrade price is about $10 USD.
