Entrenchment bugs - Is there a central location>

I don't see the bug listed but since there really isn't a central location as far as I can see I'll post mine here.

I can't seem to get my fleet to move as one. I see a planet getting attacked, window my fleet and tell them to move together to the planet and only one of the ships will follow the command. The rest just sit there. I have to turn off the "move together" command and just let them all go when they're ready. Is this a common bug or just me?
