SoaSE Unable to register via Impulse

I am having some issue registering my game to download the 1.12 patch. I signed-up, verified e-mail link, and I enter my CD-KEY with the -'s, and it says invalid cd-key or email address. I am 100% sure I am typing this thing in correctly, I read that they were having issues with the servers, was this one of the problems associated with it? Thanks in advanced.

Just send your order id to [email protected] with an explanation of the situation. They should be able to verify if it is active or not and then you will just have to plug the registration number (serial) in again. They fixed my problem in minutes last night.
