Submission trouble

Since I moved to the European Alliance, My submissions don't seem to register.

What do I do?

Well you don't have any missing scores floating around in the database as far as I can tell.  Did you recently get Altarian Prophecy or upgrade to Drengin.net?

No, I'm getting an erro when I try to download from Drengin.net
This is a copy of the e-mail I sent about it:

BTW, I still have the end-game save of one of the games.

But did you put in a Drengin.net or TotalGaming.net serial number in SDC? If the serial number in your registry is different than what you registered with the metaverse, that could account for why your game isn't showing up.

I only have the Serial I got with GalCiv.
I don't have any other serials related to Stardoc/S.F.

Do you have any firewalls or ad blockers? If so, try disabling them before you submit.

What's the submission server's IP? I will allow it throught the firewall fully.
