How do you reset the good/evil and intelligence level of other races in the game to starting, default settings?

But if you want the default alignments:
Drengin, Pure Evil.
Yor, Chaotic Evil.
Arceans, Neutral
Toreans, Chaotic Good
Altarians, Pure Good
