You can upload, I'm pretty sure Multi didn't twiddle with that. The site's getting more lively now that we have time to update it. The more stuff that gets on it, the more traffic it'll get :)

awesome, i just downloaded ur mod and installed the double cap ship and 5000 shiplimit increase and it works perfect.
