everything has disappeared from object dock

hi everyone.been mucking about with object dock and the whole of the taskbar has gone including the icons, on looking at it nothing has changed except that there is a small area of grey, i cannot put anything onto the object dock, so every icon has dissapeared, have put them back on via the all programme feature. anyone know what has happened or what can be done. thanks.

mucking about covers a lot of ground... can't tell you what happened unless we know what you did.




have put them back on via the all programme feature.

1. there is a small area of grey, where the taskbar was about the size of a small coin.2. was working on object dock, when the grey area appeared out of nowhere. 3.have put the icons that were on the o.d. taskbar back on desktop via the all programmes feature.

yes, about 6 plus 3 i put on myself.

sometimes docklets can cause issues

Outside docklets (even more so after a updates) can cause problems. Just kick them off the dock (after saving your settings of course) one by one and find the culprit. Then let us know who was the evil docklet.
