To clarify, you are trying to download skins from the library and they fail?

Are you using a browser or Stardock Central or Wincustomize Browser?
Are you a subscriber or a customer?  If not, have you hit your download limit (500MB)? (https://www.wincustomize.com/subscribers.aspx?info)

If you have, that'd explain the problem.  Now is a gret time to subscribe though!

I feel like a Dumb #@!. That is the problem. I purchased the software but not the subscription. I plan on doing it within the hour. Thanks.

Bow Cross reference your account, current customers get access to Downloads. You could still subscribe tho to get the cool extras {wc browser, Exclusive skins,etc.} as well as support the community.. I did as have many others :)
