Object Desktop and MyColors Themes

Stardock team,

Are there any issues or things to be aware of if I want to install a MyColors Theme on a system already running Object Desktop, WindowBlinds, or ObjectDock Plus?

Can the two co-exist on the same PC?

Supposedly there is a new build of Theme Manager out now that brings the programs into sync with My Colors but its still not detecting the programs correctly and it makes a mess of the registry.
