Start11v2 pin different taskbar icons on primary and second monitors?

I use two monitors. Is there a way to have programs pinned to the taskbar on the first monitor and different icons pinned to the taskbar on the second monitor? Any suggestions?

I had requested this as well in the past.  I think to have this feature you'd need a utility more focused on the taskbar like Displayfusion.
