The beginning of March 2007,
I contacted my Internet provider to solve a problem.
As of 4-6-07 my problem which they told me would
be solved in one business week was not yet solved.
So I called back.
They told me this time my problem would be solved in one business week,
And they sent me this.

Now if the soonest I will receive my refund is up to 10 days
or 2-3 billing cycles (2 to 3 months),
how would I know if I am satisfied within 7 days?
Note I called on the 6th of April and the 7th of April but they only refer to the call
on the 7th.
