Reading the above, seems my order for Rebellion is "stuck" as well. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give it a nudge!
I know it's been said before, but I feel I ought to repeat it: This is pretty contrary to expectations, immediate digital delivery is the norm (at least for games) & perhaps you should make a point of telling your customers before ordering if that's not going to be the case. Secondly, if it weren't for this thread I'd be pretty concerned right now, given the funds are held on my card, I've received no e-mail, and your store doesn't show the slightest hint of me having purchased this product. In fact it even implies I haven't by still showing it in my cart. I'm never sure whether Steam takes much of a cut from developers, but experiences like this make me shy away from paying developers directly.
