Tentative List for next balance patch:
[GENERAL]
Jump Angle changed from 15 to 25
Doubling Cap Experience given for killing an enemy Cap
Reduced AntiMedium damage vs Captial Armor from .75 to .55
Reduced AntiVeryHeavy damage vs Captial Armor from .75 to .65
Increased AntiHeavy damage vs Capital Armor from .5 to .6
Changed ChanceToHit AntiVeryLight against Interceptors from .75 to .55
Changed ChanceToHit AntiVeryLight against Bombers from .75 to .90
Scouts weapon damage has been increased. (Exact numbers are still WIP)
Fightes and Bombers will now receive a debuff for accuracy.(This is another WIP, and will be exlplained further in detail)
Carriers now carry a buff for their attached SC. (See above SC debuff for the other half of this. Again WIP and will give more deails before actually release)
[TEC]
Scouts Time Explosive damage doubled. Timer reduced to 7 mins.
Shield Restore now grants a small increase in max mitigation for a small duration.
Increased Cluster Warhead AoE slightly.
[ADVENT]
Scouts Martyrdom damage was increased. Damage doubled against structures.
Reduced Hull to bring it more in line with the other Scouts.
Domina turn rate increased slightly
Perserveance now grants Slight Phase Missile block.
[VASARI]
Scouts Phase out AM comsumption decrease slightly.
Flak no longer have Phase Missiles. Now uses Beams. Charged Missiles still applies to the unit.
Fighters no longer have Phase Missiles, Now uses Pulse Guns.
Subversion now damages planet, and reduces trade.
Phase Out Hull no longer phases out friendly unit, instead grants them invulnerability with abilites and weapons disabled. Also increased shield restore on friendly unit.
