I auto explored my unit and when it's going into hostile territory there's a popup saying you're going into enemy territory this mean you're declaring war to that faction and asking if you are sure or not. I tried clicking No but the popup come up again after i pressed No. It keep repeating forever so i have to select Yes instead to get out of the loop.
Quick fix should be disable the auto explore when the user select No.
